By engaging with Maison 555’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all clients, collaborators, and visitors who access or use our services.

2. Use of Services

To ensure smooth collaboration and fair use of our services, clients must follow the conditions below:

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to engage Maison 555 services.

• Engagement: Certain projects may require signed agreements, deposits, or specific onboarding processes before work begins.

• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to misuse our services, including but not limited to:

  • Using our work for unlawful purposes or infringing on third-party rights.

  • Attempting unauthorized access to our systems or data.

  • Uploading or providing harmful content such as viruses, malicious files, or plagiarized material.

  • Harassing, threatening, or defaming Maison 555 staff, collaborators, or clients.

3. Client Content & Deliverables

• Ownership: You retain ownership of any content, assets, or brand materials you provide to us (“Client Content”). By providing them, you grant Maison 555 the right to use such materials solely for the purpose of delivering contracted services.

• Deliverables: Unless otherwise agreed, Maison 555 retains ownership of working files, source code, and creative drafts. Final approved deliverables are transferred to you upon full payment.

• Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring all Client Content is accurate, lawful, and free from intellectual property violations.

4. Intellectual Property

• Maison 555 IP: All proprietary tools, processes, templates, and creative concepts developed by Maison 555 remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Restrictions: You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute our proprietary methods, designs, or code without permission.

5. Payments & Termination

• Payments: Project or retainer fees must be paid as outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Late payments may result in paused services.

• Termination: Either party may terminate services with written notice. Maison 555 reserves the right to suspend or terminate work if Terms are violated or payments are not fulfilled.

6. Disclaimers

• No Warranty: All services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Maison 555 does not guarantee specific outcomes such as increased sales or traffic, though we strive to deliver professional, high-quality work.

• Third-Party Tools: We may integrate third-party platforms (e.g., Shopify, AWS, automation tools). We are not liable for outages, changes, or errors caused by those platforms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maison 555, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data, or opportunities, arising from the use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms

Maison 555 may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
